The last application is at page 66, which was received by the Directorate of School Education, Govt. of West Bengal, though the letter was addressed to the Commissioner of School Education, Govt. of West Bengal.

However, I direct the Commissioner of School Education to consider the application of the writ petitioner for his transfer within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order and at the same time I grant liberty to the petitioner to take the advantage of Utsashree Portal in the mean time and I think that the Headmaster of the school cannot have any objection unless it is barred by law. The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the Headmaster of the school immediately

and also upon the Commissioner of School Education.

With the above direction the writ application is disposed of.
