sg Ct. 8 This matter has come at the instance of the department for correction of the order dated 28th April, 2023 passed in SAT 39 of 2015. However, the order was transcribed in SA 389 of 1967 and SA 390 of 1967 also. Those two maters appeared in the list along with SAT 39 of 2015 as reference files and for proper consideration of SAT 39 of 2015.

Accordingly, the order should be transcribed under SAT 39 of 2015. The two other appeals being SA 389 of 1967 and SA 390 of 1967 shall stand deleted from the cause title of the order dated 28th April, 2023.

In the 12th line at page 5 of the order dated 28th April, 2023, the words "Order 41 Rule 27B" have been inadvertently transcribed in stead of "Order 41 Rule 27 CPC". Let this corrections be incorporated in the order dated 28th April, 2023.

Server copy of the said order shall also be corrected accordingly.

This order shall form part of the order dated 28th April, 2023.
