Learned counsel representing the petitioner seeks further extension of time for filing exception to the report filed by the School Service Commission. 2.

It appears that the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondents to set aside and quash the impugned rejection passed in August 2021. Furthermore, allow her to participate in the verification and interview process in connection with 1st SLST, 2016 (Upper Primary).

From the submission made on behalf of both the parties it appears that the panel from which appointments were given, expired long back. Hence, at this stage, there is hardly any scope to allow the prayer of the petitioner permitting her to participate in the verification and interview process after conclusion of the selection process. 4.

In view of the above, no relief can be given to the petitioner at this stage.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
