1. Affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on record.

2. The petitioner has applied for general transfer on medical grounds on 22.02.2024 which is annexed as annexure P-11 to the writ petition.

3. The petitioner claims that she is a surplus teacher in the school.

4. Since the transfer is on medical grounds, appropriate opinion of the concerned CMOH must be sought by the D.P.S.C. concerned. Let the DPSC thereof send their views to the Board.

5. Let a reasoned order be passed by the Board on the application for transfer of the petitioner offline within a period of two months from date.

6. The writ petition is disposed of.

7. There will be no order as to costs.

8. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
