It appears from the report and is also submitted by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the private opposite party that the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties and the private opposite party is not willing to proceed with the matter any further.

The proceeding being G.R.Case No. 4037 of 2021 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas be quashed qua the petitioner. The petitioner be set at liberty at once and discharged from his bail bonds.

It is made clear that the proceedings shall continue against the other accused.

The criminal revision being CRR No. 1091 of 2025 is allowed.

As a consequence the connected application being CRAN No. 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
