The Instant application filed by the petitioner seeking quashing of proceeding in Garden Reach P.S. Case No. 131 dated 9.6.2017 under Sections 498A/406/323/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act in CGR Case No. 2410 /17 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate at Alipore , South 24Parganas. However, the petitioner does not turn up on call. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the case.

Accordingly, CRR 641 of 2018 is dismissed for non-prosecution.
