In this writ petition, inter alia, the writ petitioner has prayed for supply of certificate and mark-sheet for successfully completing D.El.Ed course(Old Mode) for the session 2012-14 in which he participated as in service primary teacher.
The state respondent as well as West Bengal Board of Primary Education are represented by the learned advocates. It has been submitted by the learned advocate representing the West Bengal Board of Primary Education that in a similar writ petition being W.P.2130(W) of 2020(Hafizul Rahaman Vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.) co-ordinate Bench passed order dated February 24, 2020 directing the authority concerned to consider the representation of the petitioner for redressal of grievance. It is been prayed before this court that identical order may be passed in this writ petition.
Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned Advocates representing the parties as well as the order passed by the co-ordinate Bench dated February 24, 2020 the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education, being the respondent no.3, is directed to consider the representation dated February 14, 2020 of the petitioner, which is at page 32 of the writ petition, within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order and pass a reasoned order and the same shall be communicated to the writ petitioner within two weeks thereafter.
The writ petition is disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Urgent certified photostat copy of this order, if applied for, shall be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance of all necessary formalities. (Saugata Bhattacharyya, J.)
