The petitioners challenge the inaction on the part of the Sub Divisional Officer, Contai to act in accordance with the directions passed by this Court on 08.02.2022 in WPA 6407 of 2020.

During the pendency of the writ petition the Sub Divisional Officer has passed final order on 29th May, 2022. The petitioners are aggrieved by the same. As it appears that a fresh cause of action has arisen, accordingly, there is no scope to continue with the present writ petition.

It will be open for the petitioners to take necessary steps to ventilate their grievance before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
