Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of informing the Inspector-in-charge, Nowda Police Station, Murshidabad in relation to the threats of the private respondents who are adamant in grabbing his property and as a consequence of which petitioner is unable to carry on with his cultivation, there was no response from the police authorities. As such petitioner was forced to approach this court.

Learned advocate for the private respondents is present and submits that there are civil cases pending between the parties.

Learned advocate for the State is present. In view of the nature of the dispute complained of and

the time period which has lapsed in the meantime, I direct the petitioner to approach the police authorities with a fresh representation.

Police authorities would consider the same whether the situation still persist and take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 5709 of 2024 is disposed of.
