Upon hearing learned Counsel for the parties and upon considering the materials on record, I am of the view that this matter can be disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.2 being the District Magistrate, Purba Medinipur to consider the representation dated November 13, 2018 by granting the petitioner no.2 or his authorised representative an opportunity of hearing and thereafter pass a reasoned order within a period of six weeks from date. The reasoned order is to be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks from the date of passing of the same.

With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of.
