The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the private respondents have been threatening the petitioner and in spite of civil case being Title Suit 35/2025 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 3rd Court, Krishnagar, Nadia and status quo order being passed, the private respondents are pursuing their adamant attitude. Be that as it may, since the civil court is in seisin of the issues, I am of the view that if there is any infraction of the status quo order, it would be the petitioner/applicant to approach the civil court. The police authorities would only ensure that no breach of the peace or tranquility takes place at the locale and/or any untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 5463 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
