In the matter of:- M/s Nimawat Education & ors. Mr. Suryaneel Das Mr. Tamal Singha Roy ...for the petitioners Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there are certain incurable defects in the petition. In view of the same, the petitioners would like to withdraw the application with liberty to file an application afresh on the self-same grounds. On the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the revisional application is dismissed as not pressed.

This order shall not preclude the petitioners from filing afresh an application before this Court on the selfsame grounds. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
