The petitioner is in custody for about fifteen months and renews his prayer for bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. Bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down by this Court earlier considering the material on record.

It appears that the petitioner inflicted serious injuries on the victim lady which resulted in her death.

Considering the gravity of the offence as well as material on record connecting the petitioner to the alleged offence, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is disposed of.
