Report dated 24.07.2024 submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. A copy of the same be handed over to the learned advocates for the petitioner and the respondent nos. 4 to 9.

The said report reflects that the subjectmatter of the case referred to in the present writ petition related to Mothabari Police Station Case No. 294/2019 dated 23.07.2019 wherein after completion of investigation, police authorities submitted charge-sheet under Sections 448/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code against the accused persons. Subsequently another complaint was submitted with the police station wherein Mothabari Police Station Case No. 66/2022 dated 20.02.2022 was registered for investigation under Sections 341/188/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 3(1)(f)/(c) of the SC and ST (POA) Act, 1989. A charge-sheet has also been submitted in connection with the said FIR on 30.03.2022 and

the case is still pending before the learned Special Court.

Having regard to the fact that the writ petition is filed in the year 2020 and there has been subsequent changes and further criminal cases being pending before the jurisdictional courts, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for in respect of the prayers so advanced in the present writ petition.

The petitioner would be at liberty to take appropriate steps before the jurisdictional courts in seisin of the respective cases.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 4361 of 2020 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
