On the petitioner's complaint dated 30.03.2021, Ramnagar Police Station Case No.

103/21 dated 30.03.2021 has been registered and charge sheet being Ramnagar PS Charge Sheet No. 90/21 dated 30.04.2021 has been filed.

The police have also dealt with another complaint dated 18.02.2022 and have drawn up proceedings under Section 107 of the Cr. P.C. The Ramnagar Police shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area and the petitioner is able to construct on his property without any disturbance.

In the event of any rights of the private respondents being affected, they may approach a Civil Court for remedies against the petitioners. With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
