The petitioner complains that the tour operator being the private respondent no.5 after taking money cancelled the trip and to that extent, he was entitled to refund.

State has submitted a report enclosing a document signed by the son of the present petitioner which reflects that five post dated cheques have been received from the private respondent.

In view of the post dated cheques being received which are to mature from 15.06.2025 to 15.10.2025 and in case the said instruments are dishonoured, the petitioner will have his liberty to approach the jurisdictional court with reliefs available under the Negotiable Instruments Act.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 5457 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
