1. This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Ejectment Suit No.161 of 2018 filed before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 5th Court at Alipore, District South 24-Parganas.

2. It is submitted that in the said suit, the defendants have filed applications under Order 8 Rule 9 as well as Order 6 Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure, which too are pending.

3. It is further submitted that the petitioners have already filed their written objections to the applications under Order 6 Rule 17 and Order 8 Rule 9 of the Code filed by the opposite party.

4. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, prior service of notice of the revisional application along with a notice is not being directed, however, the petitioners shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite party within a week from date.

5. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners and having perused the material on

record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 5th Court at Alipore to dispose of the interlocutory applications under Order 6 Rule 17 and Order 8 Rule 9 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the next date fixed.

6. The learned Trial Court shall then dispose of the Ejectment Suit No.161 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from the date of disposal of the said interlocutory applications.

7. CO 817 of 2026 stands disposed of with the above observations. No Costs.

8. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible. (Om Narayan Rai, J.)
