The writ petition appeared previously on September 10, 2021, September 24, 2021 and 1st October, 2021 when necessary directions were made. Today Mr.

Fazlul Haque represents the Calcutta Municipal Corporation and none appears for the writ petitioner neither any accommodation has been sought for.

Pursuant to the earlier directions the learned advocate for the corporation had served notices upon the writ petitioner. A copy of the affidavit of service filed today is kept on record.

In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 3761 of 2007 stands dismissed for non prosecution.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
