Materials in the case diary suggest that the petitioners impersonated the original owner and transferred her immovable property in favour of a third party.

Role of the petitioners in the offences alleged requires investigation.

Enlarging the petitioners on anticipatory bail will be inimical to such investigation.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 756 of 2024 is dismissed.
