Though he submits that this being instituted as a Public Interest Litigation, it will well be within the domain of this Court to further consider this writ petition even without any impleadment, we are inclined to think that the better course of action to be adopted will be to close this matter leaving all issues open to be raised for consideration by any person interested in the matter.

Accordingly, WPA 4372 of 2020 is disposed of.
