Mr. Sandipan Pal ... for the petitioner It has been submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner that there is a typographical error in the third paragraph of the order dated 20th March, 2025 wherein the submission of the learned advocate of the petitioner was recorded that on 7th March, 2021 the defendant also did not file any show-cause. He submits that instead of 7th March, 2021 it should have been recorded on 7th March, 2025 the defendant did not file any show-cause.

Let such error be rectified.

This order shall form part of the order dated 20th March, 2025.
