This revisional application has been filed praying for expeditious disposal of the application for temporary injunction, pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Barrackpore in Title Suit No.245 of 2016.

Records reveal that March 10, 2021 has been fixed for hearing of the application for temporary injunction. Records do not reveal whether written objection has yet been filed by the defendants.

Under such circumstances, this revisional application is disposed of without going into the merits of the case, but with a direction upon the learned court below to dispose of the application for temporary injunction within three months from the next date fixed, upon affording an opportunity to the defendants to contest the same by filing their respective written objections.

The learned court below shall proceed independently and in accordance with law without being influenced by any observations made herinabove.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application along with a server copy of this order upon the defendants/opposite parties immediately. The revisional application is disposed of.
