Mr. Shounak Mukhopadhyay Mr. Supriyo Gop ...for the petitioner Mr. Chayan Gupta Mr. Uday Sharma ....for the opposite party No.1 Mr. Shoham Sanyal ....for the opposite party No.2 This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Judge, Commercial Court at Alipore to dispose of I.A. No.1 of 2025 filed in M.S.(Com) No.162 of 2024 expeditiously. The opposite party Nos.1 and 2 are represented by their respective learned advocates.

On the prayer of the learned advocates for the opposite party Nos.1 and 2 leave is grated to the learned advocate on record to file the Vakalatnama on or before March 18, 2025.

From the order sheets appended to this civil revision application it appears that April 16, 2025 has been fixed for taking steps by the defendants/opposite parties herein.

The opposite parties herein will be at liberty to file affidavit-in-opposition to I.A. No.1 of 2025 on or before April 4, 2025, after serving an advance copy of the same to the learned advocate representing the petitioner before the learned Judge of the Commercial Court.

The learned Judge, Commercial Court at Alipore is requested to take up the hearing of the application being I.A. No.1 of 2025 in M.S.(Com) No.162 of 2024 on the next date fixed i.e. on April 16, 2025 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. With the observations and directions CO 852 of 2025 stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
