IA NO: CAN 3 of 2025 This is an application for recalling of the order dated 21st January, 2025 dismissing the Review Petition along with the connected applications. IA NO: CAN 4 of 2025 This is an application seeking Condonation of the Delay of 25 days in preferring such a restoration application.

Both applications are taken up together.

I have perused the applications, cause rendered in the applications are sufficient.

The delay is condoned and the order dated 21st January, 2025, is recalled.

The applications being IA NO: CAN 2 of 2022 and IA NO: CAN 3 of 2025 are disposed of.

IA NO: CAN 2 of 2022 This is an application for condoning the delay of 3853 days in preferring the review being RVW no. 47 of 2021, by the State.

Mr. Ray, learned advocate appears for the writ petitioner/respondent no. 1.

The School, the respondent no. 2 herein is not represented.

Mr. Ray seeks leave to file an affidavit-inopposition to such application. Let such affidavit be filed by 15th September, 2025. Reply, if any, thereto by 25th September, 2025. The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the order on the respondent no. 2, who will be at liberty to file an affidavit to such application by 15th September, 2025.
