The application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been preferred praying for transfer of Money Suit being no. 03 of 2018 pending before learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bankura shall not be transferred to the Court of any competent jurisdiction at Chinsurah, Hooghly.

It appears that the petitioner had instituted the said suit before the Court at Bankura when he was posted at Bankura. Nine of the opposite parties are defendants in the suit.

They all reside at Bankura.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is suffering from various ailments and is unable to attend the Court at Bankura and as such prayed for transfer. Some medical documents have

been annexed to the revisional application.

Considering the same and on hearing the parties, the revisional application is disposed of with the liberty granted to the petitioner herein to appear virtually before the trial court who shall permit the petitioner to appear virtually.

The prayer for transfer is rejected.

CO 855 of 2025 stands disposed of.
