Petitioners have challenged the proceedings relating to Gariahat P. S. Case No. 221 of 2022 dted 07-11-2022. Mr Chatterjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in laws who have been implicated in connection with the present case wherein chargesheet was submitted, however, the learned Magistrate refused to take cognizance as to whether all the accused have been discharged. Notice was issued upon the de facto complainant giving opportunity for filing a protest petition. In view of the stage of the case, I am of the view that the presence of the petitioners physically on the day-to-day basis before the trial court is not required. The petitioners would be represented by the learned advocate of their choice.

Liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach this court

at the appropriate stage of the proceedings. Presently, the case is premature and such the case is not interfered with. With the above observations, the present revisional application being CRR 887 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
