Counsel for the petitioner submits that since the principal grievance of the writ petitioner i.e. nonregistration of FIR by Kolaghat Police Station has been addressed by reason of FIR No. 98 of 2021 dated 8th March, 2021 under Sections 341/323/324/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code has been registered, his client does not wish to press this writ petition any further. A photostat copy of the FIR dated 8th March, 2021 is taken on record.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition shall stand dismissed as not pressed.

Interim order, if any, shall also stand vacated. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
