Banerjee) Mr. Firdous Samim Ms. Gopa Biswas ... for the petitioner Mr. Suman Dey ... for the State Mr. Ratul Biswas Mr. Kaushik Chowdhury ... for the WBBPE From the report produced by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education it appears that the total marks obtained by the petitioner in his B.Ed examination has been converted to percentage of marks and thereafter on calculation he secured a total marks of 32.690 which is above the last empanelled candidate for 2021 recruitment process which is 29.031. Therefore, the petitioner is entitled to get recommendation and then appointment in a primary school as an Assistant Teacher and the recommendation is to be done by 10 days from the date of communication of this order and the concerned DPSC shall give him appointment in a school by 10 days thereafter.

With the above observation and direction this writ application is allowed.

The report produced today is kept on record, copy whereof has been handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
