Petitioner is aggrieved by certain series of actions 25.03.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.11 Rakib which have been taken and to that effect made his representation to the Superintendent of Police, Jangipur Police District, Murshidabad. The said representation was submitted on or about 22.02.2025 to the said Office. Petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to the various documents concerned from which he submits that he has been forced to face harassment and consequences because of such act and actions. Learned advocate for the respondent nos. 8 and 9 is present and opposes the contention advanced by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. State has submitted a report in respect of the case pending.

Be that as it may, since a representation was furnished before the Superintendent of Police, Jangipur

Police District, I direct that the Superintendent of Police will consider the representation made on 22.02.2025 preferably within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

If required, the Superintendent of Police would issue notices to the petitioner and the private respondents, afford them hearing in respect of their grievance and within a fortnight thereafter he will communicate to the parties in respect of his finding or conclusion arrived at. With the aforesaid observations WPA 5570 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to both the parties.

Needless to state that since no affidavit called for from the State or the private respondents, the accusations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
