1. Statement of the de facto complainant implicates the petitioner before us inter alia forcing the de facto complainant into prostitution.

2. Investigations are yet to be completed.

3. Police case is of March 25, 2024.

4. There is an issue of absconsion of the petitioner.

5. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
