For the Petitioner The petitioner has assailed the order dated 28th February, 2025 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 4th Court, Purba Medinipur in Sessions case no. 369 of 2024 directing issuance of warrant of arrest against him. The petitioner submits that the petitioner was present before the learned Court on every date of hearing. He failed to appear before the learned Court on 28th February, 2025 for which warrant of arrest has been issued against him. The petitioner undertakes to surrender before the learned trial Court within seven days from date. If the petitioner surrenders before the learned trial Court within seven days from date he shall be allowed to remain on the same bond. In the event the petitioner fails to surrender before the learned trial Court within the stipulated time frame, the learned trial Court shall be at liberty to take necessary steps against the petitioner in accordance with law without further reference to this Court.

Warrant of arrest issued vide order dated 28th February, 2025 be stayed till 19th March, 2025.

CRR 1100 of 2025 is disposed of.
