The learned advocate representing the alleged contemnor submits that the order passed by the coordinate Bench on the connected writ petition on 16th March, 2023 has been complied with. In support of his submission attention of this Court has been drawn to page 7 of the affidavit of compliance affirmed on behalf of the alleged contemnor, wherefrom it appears that an order was passed on 22nd August, 2023 by the State Project Director, PBSSM.

In view of such submission being made on behalf of the alleged contemnor the contempt application stands disposed of. The contempt proceeding stands dropped.

However, this order shall not preclude the applicants to take steps in accordance with law against the order dated 22nd August, 2023 passed by the alleged contemnor, if so advised.

The exception filed on behalf of the applicants is taken on record.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
