The petitioner has filed the instant application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure after being arrested in connection with Chandrakoka Police Station Case No.318 of 2020 dated 30.10.2020 under Sections 363/376(2)(i) of the Indian Penal Code and added Section 04 of the POCSO Act.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that his client does not intend to press this application.
