The petitioner claims that in the year 2012 he has purchased 4 Shatak Shali land in L.R. Plot No. 2333 under Mouza-Khiri, Police StationKotulpur, District- Bankura under L.R Khatian No. 2766 but subsequently came to learn that the said purchased land of the petitioner was requisitioned in Act-II in L.A Case no. 47 /197879. The petitioner claims that the said requisition proceeding did not mature into an acquisition proceeding.

The petitioner by a representation to different authorities has prayed for rent compensation and derequisition of his purchased land.

The petitioner complains inaction on the part of the authorities to consider his said representation and prays for a direction upon the

said authorities to consider the said representation.

Mr. Susavan Sengupta, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State Respondents submits that the said representation is not directed to the appropriate authorities having power to consider the prayer of the petitioner in the said representation.

The representation of the petitioner since has been addressed to the wrong authorities, direction as prayed for cannot be passed.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to give an appropriate representation seeking appropriate relief to the proper authority.

Since no affidavit-in-opposition has been invited from the respondents, the allegations made in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

W.P.A. 6272 of 2021 is thus, disposed of without any order as to costs.
