The prayer has been forwarded by the headmaster to the D.I. of schools. The D.I. has not responded to the same.

In the circumstances, the D.I. of Schools, Howrah shall consider the petitioner's prayer in accordance with law and dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no orders as to costs.
