Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that inspite of 25.02.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.15 Rakib pursuing with the bank in respect of a fixed deposit maintained with Indian Bank, Ghatakpukur Branch. The petitioner apprehends that his brother being the respondent no.7 has misappropriated the same. Learned advocate for the respondent nos.5 and 6 is present and submits that in case police authorities advance any query they would very gladly reciprocate to the same.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Mrs.

Reshma Chatterjee, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State is directed to represent the State. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

In view of the representation dated 08.02.2023 not being considered till date, I direct the Inspector-inCharge, Bhangar Police Station to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.02.2023. In case

the copy is not available with the Bhangar Police Station, petitioner is directed to handover information earlier furnished to the Inspector-in-Charge/Officer-in-Charge of Bhangar Police Station within seven days from date. The concerned officer would conduct an enquiry and if he finds any cognizable offence he would proceed in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 5546 of 2023 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
