Case No. 07 of 2025 dated 15.01.2025.

The petitioner also complains that he approached the higher authorities but the concerned higher authorities were inert

and did not respond to his representation.

A report has been submitted by the Inspector-in-charge of Bidhannagar North Police station, which reflects that on conclusion of investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted before the learned jurisdictional court.

Learned advocate for the petitioner again submits that he is unaware regarding the stage of the development.

Learned advocate for the private respondent nos. 4 and 5 submits that they are residing at the said premises.

Be that as it may, since chargesheet has been submitted before the learned jurisdictional court, the petitioner, if he is aggrieved by the outcome of the investigation, would be at liberty to take out appropriate application under Section 193(9) of the BNSS, if so advised. The learned court would consider the same in accordance with law preferably within a

period of 60 days from the date of filing of such application.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 5483 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Copies of the report be handed over to both the parties.
