Victim suffered acid attack.

Photographs of the injury suffered by the victim along with the injury report suggest so.

Victim implicates the petitioner before us in such acid attack. Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 761 of 2024 is dismissed.
