In respect of first FIR, FRMF vide Bagdah PS Case No. 65 dated 31.01.2021 under Sections 302/120B/34 of the IPC has been filed. The second FIR is still pending investigation. The facts of the case are that the petitioner's son, who married after falling in love, had committed suicide at his father's residence. The wife alleges that the victim committed suicide under pressure of his father.

Let the investigation into the second FIR being No. 333 of 2020 be completed as

expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from date.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
