Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the Commissioner of School Education (S.E.), Bikash Bhawan being respondent No. 2 in the instant application has failed and/or neglected to consider the applications dated October 31, 2019 and November 18, 2019 made by the petitioners till date.

Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the materials placed on record. The Commissioner of School Education (S.E.), Bikash Bhawan is requested to consider the applications dated October 31, 2019 and November 18, 2019. The writ petitioners are also directed to serve a copy of this order along with the copy of the writ petition to the Commissioner of School Education (S.E.), Bikash Bhawan. Commissioner of School Education (S.E.), Bikash Bhawan is requested to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioiners and to allow the petitioners to produce all the relevant documents at the time of hearing and pass a reasoned order within 16 (sixteen) weeks from the date of communication of this order to the Commissioner of School Education (S.E.), Bikash Bhawan. The Commissioner of School Education (S.E.), Bikash Bhawan is also requested to communicate the reasoned order to the petitioners at an earliest.

The writ petition being W.P.A. 4419 of 2020 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Since, no affidavits have been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents.
