The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings being CR Case No.74C of 2016 which was pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Krishnanagar, Nadia. The case was initiated in the year 2016 in respect of an article published in a newspaper.

Record reflects that the present petitioner on different pretext had been delaying the proceedings and obstructing examination under Section 251 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Petitioner is granted liberty to take up the issue canvassed in the revisional application at the stage of Section 251 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. No interference is made by this Court at this stage.

Accordingly, CRR 614 of 2021 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
