It is pointed out by the Learned Public Prosecutor that in the order dated 29th March, 2022 the names of Bidyut Kumar Roy and Ms. Soma Biswas were recorded as the Learned Advocates representing the State of West Bengal. Some remarks were also made since at the time of consideration of the application for bail. The Learned Counsels for the State respondent were not present.

However, it is submitted by the Learned Public Prosecutor that Mr. Bidyut Kumar Roy and Ms. Soma Biswas were not allotted with the brief of the instant application. On the other hand, Mr. Anwar Hossain and Mr. Arif Ekbal Molla were entrusted to represent the State.

Therefore, the names of Mr. Bidyut Kumar Roy and Ms. Soma Biswas as Advocates on behalf of the State respondent be deleted and the observation made against the Learned Advocates for the State respondent in order dated 29th March, 2022 be treated as deleted. Let this order be also treated as part of the order dated 29th March, 2022.
