Significantly, the petitioner has not referred to an earlier writ petition for the self same cause being WPA 26149 of 2024 as well as the communication dated 02.03.2026 issued by the CESC Limited rejecting the prayer for transfer. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition incorporating the necessary facts and documents suppressed, if so advised.
