Mr. Mitter, learned advocate appearing for the opposite parties submits that they were granted bail in January 2019. Mr. Kaushik Dey, learned advocate appears for the petitioner being the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Kolkata Zonal Unit.

I have perused the contentions advanced by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and I have also taken into account that the investigation of the case is still in progress. Having regard to the fact that the opposite party nos.1 and 2 are the permanent residents and there is no specific allegation of misuse of the past conduct, any interference at this stage would prejudice their liberty.

Accordingly, the present application being CRM 2339 of 2019 is disposed of with the following conditions:

1. The accused opposite parties shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer of the case and attend the office of the Investigating Officer as and when called for.

2. The accused opposite parties should not leave the jurisdiction of the State of West Bengal without intimating and/or the permission of Investigating Officer until further orders.

Pending other applications, if any, are disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. ( Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
