Regarding library matter, I do not have determination. So, I am only taking up the matter relating to additional clerk.

From page 15 of the writ application it appears that the concerned District Inspector of Schools (S. E.), Malda has requested Commissioner of School Education for sanctioning the post of one additional clerk in the concerned school on 4th May, 2018. The petitioner being the school submits that thereafter no step has been taken by the Commissioner of School Education.

In this regard I direct the Commissioner of School Education to take immediate steps after consulting the District Inspector of Schools by calling him within a period of ninety days from the date of communication of this order. The District Inspector

of Schools shall appear before the Commissioner with all necessary papers relating to sanction of post of one additional clerk when he will be called by the Commissioner of School Education.

With this direction the writ application is disposed of.

As I have not decided the question of sanctioning the post for librarian because of want of determination, the petitioner shall be at liberty to move before the appropriate Bench of this court in this regard.
