(Via Video Conference) Mr. Keshab Chandra Das Mrs. Mamata Dutta Ms. Aparajita Mondal Mr. Biplab Adak ......For the petitioner Mr. Das, learned advocate appears for the writ petitioner when the writ petition is taken up for hearing. It appears from the averments made in the writ petition that the same was filed questioning the illegal pucca construction, which was carried out at the relevant point of time on the plot of land being L.R. Plot No. 2058/3369 measuring 3 Satak which was classified as Sali under Mouza-Srikrishnapur, Police StationDhaniakhali in the district of Hooghly. After filing the writ petition, the same was served upon the private respondents. The writ petition was kept pending till date and today when it is taken up for hearing it is submitted on behalf of the writ petitioner that after filing of the writ petition and serving notice of the writ petition upon the private respondents the alleged illegal construction which was being carried out was stopped. Therefore,
today nothing remains to be decided in the writ petition.
In view of the submissions made on behalf of the writ petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of with leave to the writ petitioner to approach the appropriate authority in accordance with law, if in future any illegal construction is carried out on the said plot of land.
Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocates for the parties on the usual undertaking.
