The petitioner is unrepresented. Mr. Biswas, learned Advocate appears for the Board.

The issue involve in this writ petition pertains to a selection process initiated in 2016. I am informed that after that selection process, three other selection processes were initiated by the Board.

Having heard the submission of the learned Advocate for the Board and on perusal of the record, I am of the view that with the passage of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.

Consequently, the same is dismissed.
