Learned counsel for the respondent submits that on the request made by the writ petitioner, an inspection was conducted at the said premises and the petitioner was asked to produce documents as regards his possession of the property in question. No such document has been produced, till date.

Hence, WPA of stands dismissed.

Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.

The rights of the petitioner under the law for electricity is left to be adjudicated in any future proceeding.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
