Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing the involvement of the petitioner in subjecting the victim to forcible rape. His prayer for bail was rejected in February, 2022 by a co-ordinate bench of this court. There is no significant change in circumstances since then. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
