The petitioner's representation filed before the Budge Budge Municipality is pending consideration. Without entering into the merit of the said representation, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Budge Budge Municipality to consider the representation filed by the petitioner on 1st February, 2023 in accordance with law, after giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties and pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the parties.

Steps shall be taken in the matter at the earliest, but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is directed to forward the representation dated 1st February, 2023 to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
